The process of decaffeination works by immersing the green beans in water. The beans are washed at varying temperatures and pressures. This extracts the caffeine content. However, the water preserves the soluble flavouring of the beans, so we keep the original characteristics of the coffee. The resulting green coffee is 99.9% caffeine-free.
